My Story

Desert landscape with large rock formations under a clear sky.

I’m Raquel, an executive producer in television, which means I spend my days wrangling timelines, logistics, personalities, and about a thousand moving parts — and somehow making it all come together.

Travel planning uses the same muscle. I’m a logistics junkie who loves planning travel just as much as the experience itself: routing, timing, transitions, backups, and making sure everything actually works in real life. I plan trips the way I produce shows — with structure, clarity, and a lot of attention to detail — so the end result feels effortless.

What You Can Expect

You’ll get a trip that’s thoughtfully designed from start to finish — not just a collection of beautiful bookings. Every itinerary is planned with flow and pacing in mind, so the experience feels easy, intuitive, and enjoyable in real life.

This is travel that’s built to move smoothly across destinations. Transfers make sense, timing is intentional, and backup plans are in place before you ever need them. The details are handled quietly behind the scenes, so nothing feels rushed, chaotic, or uncertain.

You’ll work directly with me throughout the process. I manage the logistics, coordination, and problem-solving so you can show up, settle in, and actually enjoy the trip you’ve been looking forward to.
