  • Think of us like your travel version of an accountant or attorney. You’re not just paying for time—you’re paying for expertise, access, and insight you can’t get by Googling.   • Almost everything—except flights.

    On your behalf, we’ll book:

    • All accommodations

    • All ground transfers

    • All daily activities & excursions

    Please note: Flight planning support is available separately for a fee.

  • We love points. Truly. Next-level, spreadsheet-having, borderline unwell about them. Unfortunately, we can’t book trips using points. Hotels, cruise lines, and tour companies don’t pay commission on point bookings.

  • Every trip is different, but ideally, we like to start planning about 5–6 months out. That gives us time to really dial in your preferences and snag the best options. That said—spontaneous travelers, you’re safe with us too. Whether you’re planning far ahead or flying by the seat of your pants, we’ll make it work beautifully.

  • Definitely. Daydreaming counts. Whether you’re casually browsing destinations or halfway down a travel rabbit hole, you can always reach out. No pressure to book—just a place to start when you’re ready.

  • No worries at all. Reach out and we’ll see if a takeover booking is possible—meaning we’re added as the agent of record so you still receive all the perks, at no extra cost. From there, we’ll seamlessly pick up wherever you left off.
